Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Inbound Sales Specialist specialized in B2B cosmetic ingredients supply. Your core responsibility is converting high-volume inbound leads generated through extensive PPC, digital marketing, expos, and other marketing initiatives into loyal customers. This role significantly influences revenue growth and market positioning in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Implement effective lead-scoring and qualification methods to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure swift and strategic follow-ups on inbound leads to increased sales success.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Hire, train, and mentor an inbound sales team focused on achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze and improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align strategies and messaging, enhancing lead quality.

CRM & Analytics:

  • Oversee and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO CRM, Monday.com), ensuring accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Generate insightful reports to track performance, forecast sales, and refine strategies.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to foster repeat business and advocacy.
  • Effectively manage customer interactions and swiftly resolve escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of inbound sales experience, specifically in B2B cosmetic ingredients or related sectors.
  • Proven experience leading and growing successful sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday CRM, ZOHO).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.
