Job Summary
We are hiring an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Consultant for our International Process who can handle incoming leads, communicate with global customers, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate should have good English communication and basic sales understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international calls, chats, and leads
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
- Explain pricing, offers, and service benefits clearly
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain customer details in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during interaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in:
- International sales / inbound sales
- Telesales / voice process
- Customer support with sales exposure
- Good spoken English is mandatory
- Comfortable working in night shift / rotational shift
- Basic computer knowledge required
