Job Role: - Laptop Support Technician
Qualifications Required: -
Minimum education: 10th / 12th Standard / Diploma in IT
Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking preferred from any recognized institute
Freshers/Candidates with 6+ months of Desktop/Laptop support experience will be given preference.
Key Skills & Responsibilities : -
Proficient in MS Office activation, Photoshop and software installation
Ability to set up wireless printers and routers
Strong skills in Laptop & Desktop diagnosis and troubleshooting (Basic L1 Level)
Demonstrate laptops and confidently explain product features to customers
Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets
Build trust and deal with customers confidently
Ensure every Croma laptop buyer is informed about Zip Services and actively promote relevant service packages
Work Schedule: -
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 8:30/9:00 PM
Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays are mandatory
Weekly off available between Monday – Friday
Store remains open on festival days; compensatory leave will be provided later.
