You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Oracle applications. Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, and Cash Management.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems, coordinating with other functional tracks on the financial impact of transactions, SLA rules, etc.
  • System Design and Maintenance: Ensure that financial systems and processes are designed and maintained according to industry best practices and company policies.
  • Post-Go Live Support: Provide hypercare/AMS support after the Go Live phase to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Oracle Fusion Finance Modules: Expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA & Lease accounting, CM, Tax modules of Oracle Fusion.
  • System Integration: Experience with financial system integration and ensuring seamless flow of information across systems.

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Post-Go Live Support: Ability to provide effective support during the post-Go Live phase.
  • Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Independent Working: Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attitude: A can-do attitude with a focus on diversity and equality.

Years of Experience Required:

  • 4 to 10 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion.

Education Qualification:

  • Required: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/BTech), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA).
