Responsibilities:

• Experience Required: A minimum of 6+ years in IT Service Management, IT Cost Savings, and IT Governance.
• Lead and manage client consulting projects, driving impactful solutions across digital strategies and transformations.
• Apply strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights based on industry-specific research.
• Client Management: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to manage relationships and provide presentations to CxO levels.
• Consulting Expertise: Previous experience in consulting, preferably with Big 4 firms or other premier strategy consulting firms.
• IT Shared Services/Global Capability Centers: Hands-on experience in setting up and designing strategies for IT Shared Service models or Global Capability Centers.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of experience with a focus on Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation, and Digital Operating Models.
• Proven experience in setting up IT Shared Services or Global Capability Centers.

Preferred Skills:

• Business Case Preparation: Experience in preparing business cases for IT Shared Service or Global Capability Center.
• ITIL & COBIT: Knowledge in designing IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks.

Education Qualification:

• Required:Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) + Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Preferred: Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies, with a preference for Big4 consulting experience.

Years of Experience Required:

• Minimum 4-7 years of overall experience.
• An MBA is required.
