IN | Salesforce Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Automation professional with domain knowledge and a strong background in test automation. The candidate will lead QA activities, define automation strategies, and ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities for Salesforce projects to ensure deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end automation strategies and frameworks.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Work on initiatives/projects to streamline automation processes and improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to manage testing efforts and resources.
• Lead or mentor QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Adapt to changing business needs, multi-task across projects, and implement solutions with minimal dependency.
• Utilize Provar Automation tools if applicable.
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions.
