The purpose of this position is to oversee customer order and trade goods planning in order to meet customer demand by removing bottlenecks and managing escalations, with a focus on delivering at the right time and in the right quantity to customers .
Customer Order Management :Oversee and supervise customer agreements, customer order planning at part number level/product to enable seamless deliveries to customer.
IPN Order Management (Trade Goods):Oversee and supervise order planning with the IPN (World wide RB Plants) at part number level/product to enable seamless deliveries to customer
Performance, Systems, Processes :Assess and implement S&OP Governance standards, customer agreements and logistics processes e.g. (LIWAKS, AVR, LPC, Bottleneck Management). Oversee and improve logistics KPI's (Cost, TCT, TLC, LIWAKS, PLKZ, etc.) quality of inventory (Blocked stock, Ageing etc.) to ensure logistic excellence within the supply chain.
Compliance Management :Supervise commercial processes to be legally compliant with Internal Guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) Central Directives and external laws namely Foreign trade Customs and taxation laws.
Escalation Management :Review and escalate logistics order fulfilment /in warding topics to leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions.
People Management :Foresee logistics and digital competency requirement based upon current and future trends and direct employee capability development accordingly.
