Project Role Description :

  • Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Job Summary:

  • As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing business processes, including defining characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. You will work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint, establish business process requirements, and drive application requirements and metrics. Additionally, you will assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business processes with clear characteristics and KPIs to meet process and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements that drive application requirements and metrics.
  • Assist in quality management reviews, ensuring that all business and design requirements are met.
  • Educate stakeholders to ensure they have a complete understanding of the designs and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in business process design and technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-to-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning & Control) Discrete Industries.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
  • Strong understanding of business process design and development.
  • Experience in quality management reviews and ensuring all business and design requirements are met.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful business process-driven solutions.
