The purpose of this position is to manage daily maintenance operations with a team of maintenance personnel to ensure machine and equipment availability, reliability, efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards for production
Manage spare parts inventory planning, procurement, and optimization to support uninterrupted maintenance operations. Track inventory levels, forecast spare parts requirements based on equipment maintenance schedules and historical data, and initiate timely procurement processes. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing and maintain optimal stock levels in MAZE Inventory system. Monitor spare parts utilization, identify slow-moving items, and implement strategies to reduce inventory carrying costs while ensuring critical parts availability.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to rectify issues identified during inspections or troubleshooting. Monitor and improve MTBF, Plan vs Unplanned Ratio, and Blue Collar Associate Skill Level Index to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, repairs, equipment status, and spare parts management to stakeholders. Track key department KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, PMI completion, and other relevant metrics. Document and analyse maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules to identify trends and areas for improvement. Align reporting with Dept SQCD targets and R&M Budget requirements.
Allocate maintenance tasks, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities to team members based on skill levels, workload, and equipment needs. Plan regular inspections to identify potential issues, wear and tear, or signs of malfunction, and address them before they escalate. Monitor TPM Step Level progress and team performance.
Provide quick response and support in diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance problems, using technical expertise and collaboration with the team to find effective solutions. Participate in TPM activities and root cause analysis to minimize MTTR and improve equipment reliability.
Identify opportunities for digital projects, smart automation, and cost reduction initiatives. Implement Kaizen principles, document lessons learned, and encourage employee suggestions to drive operational excellence and maintenance efficiency.

4 to 6years in Manufacturing/ Automobile/Production/Service Industry.
Hands-on working and troubleshooting on SAP, Spares Management, SPMs , Cleaning, Assembly, Testing, PLC ,CNC Automation, Instrumentation & calibration, process, etc.
