Job Description & Summary: A career with in......
Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management solutions
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Conduct business workshops to gather and validate procurement and inventory requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; propose and design SAP-based solutions
  • Design, customize, configure, and test SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Master
  • Support integration with SAP FI, CO, WM/EWM, and other logistics modules
  • Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements or workarounds
  • Act as liaison with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
  • Handle configuration changes, transports, and high-priority production issues
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals
  • Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business process optimization and automation
  • Provide consulting support for new implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements
  • Provide ad-hoc user training and functional guidance as required
  • Work independently and mentor junior consultants
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP P2P and Inventory Management implementations and support
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Invoice Verification
  • Experience in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay business processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory valuation, account determination, and movement types
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Results-oriented with adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
Preferred Skill Sets:
  • Full-cycle SAP implementation experience
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA P2P and Inventory processes
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO, WM/EWM, and Ariba
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain-driven industries

7–10+ years

BE / BTech / MBA / MCA / CA
