Job Description & Summary: Shape the engineering toolchain strategy for global manufacturers. As an Engineering Systems Architect, you'll be the senior hire who assesses full engineering tools landscapes, designs rationalisation roadmaps, and gets hands-on with PLM configuration. You'll communicate business cases to CxO level while rolling up your sleeves on Teamcenter, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and rationalise engineering toolchains across PLM, CAD, simulation, and collaboration tools • Design PLM/PDM architecture and implementation roadmaps for enterprise clients • Configure and optimise PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE) • Integrate CAD systems (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) with PLM and ERP (SAP) • Build TCO models and business cases for engineering systems transformation • Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation

Mandatory skill sets:

· Mandatory: Deep PLM expertise in at least 2 PLM systems: Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE · Mandatory: 2+ years of production GenAI/LLM experience (Claude/GPT/MCP/Agents) with proven engineering use cases (data mapping, agentic workflows, design automation etc.) · BOM management and engineering change management · CAD API integration: CATIA, NX, SolidWorks · Enterprise architecture: TOGAF/ArchiMate

Preferred skill sets: · ERP–PLM integration (SAP preferred) · TCO modelling and business case development

Years of experience required: 8+ years with deep PLM implementation experience; prior consulting at Siemens, PTC, Dassault, or Big 4 strongly preferred

Education qualification: Any UG/PG
