Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an In-House Sales Executive based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate products from Avtaar Electric's offerings. Additional tasks include preparing quotes, conducting follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role involves staying updated on product knowledge and aligning sales strategies with client and company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building relationships with clients
  • Sales knowledge including lead generation, client follow-ups, and achieving sales goals
  • Understanding of electrical solutions and technical specifications relevant to cables, switchgear, lighting, and related products
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email communication, and basic office tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the electrical or similar industry would be an asset
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with larger teams
