Job Description & Summary  


Proficiency in managing large-scale projects across teams, coordinate with project teams to understand project requirements and determine key execution plan. Preparation of project governance artefacts, resourcing requirements and proper implementation of multiple projects  

 

Responsibilities: 

Participate in and support client engagements, conducting rigorous analysis, and developing data-driven solutions.  

Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and agencies for project execution.  

Document meeting minutes, track decisions, and assist in preparing process playbooks and evaluation checklists.  

Prepare executive dashboards, conduct periodic trend analysis, and generate reports for decision-makers.  

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and written reports for senior client stakeholders and internal teams.  

Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital by researching emerging trends and developing methodologies.  

Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and fostering client relationships.  

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.  

Good to have requirements: 

Minimum 3+ years of experience in management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent preferred).  

Proven ability to structure complex problems, apply analytical frameworks, and deliver strategic insights.  

Experience working on large-scale operational and strategic initiatives, including project management, process design, and improvement.  

Strong understanding of global data security and privacy principles, as well as Information Technology laws of India.  

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and succinctly to executive audiences.  

Strong business acumen, balancing attention to detail with higher-level strategic implications, and collaborating effectively across global time zones.  

Aptitude for business development activities and contributing to thought leadership.  

Ability to discern when to employ structured problem-solving methodologies and when to adapt them to unique situations.  

Relevant professional certifications PMP, Lean Six Sigma, AWS/Azure/GCP highly advantageous.  

Ability to travel as required by client engagements.
