Job Description & Summary:
Responsible for ongoing administration and support of endpoint monitoring tools in a complex production environment. Works closely with clients, support and implementation teams and peers to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
An ideal candidate will be required to troubleshoot and monitor issues that require adept knowledge of endpoint monitoring tools such as Nexthink, endpoint operating systems, and automation technologies such as Ansible.
