We are looking for a skilled IMS Engineer to design, implement, and support IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with telecom networks and a strong understanding of VoLTE/VoIP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain IMS core network elements
- Support VoLTE, VoWiFi, and SIP-based services
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and optimization
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Ensure compliance with network security and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IMS/telecom networks
- Strong knowledge of SIP, Diameter, RTP protocols
- Experience with VoLTE/VoIP systems and IMS architecture
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies
- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with vendors like Ericsson, Huawei, or Nokia
- Knowledge of LTE/5G core networks
- Exposure to cloud-based telecom infrastructure (NFV/SDN)
