  • Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Provide Salesforce Production Support, troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Conduct User Journey preparations, review User Stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Perform Data Modeling and implement Apex Design Patterns for optimized and maintainable solutions.
  • Work with modern UI techniques to enhance the user experience within Salesforce.
  • Perform regular code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to maintain system efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security policies, and governance standards.
  • Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain proper documentation, technical design specifications, and user training materials

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Production Support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, workflows, process automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
  • Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, acceptance criteria, and Data Modeling.
  • Strong understanding of Apex Design Patterns and modern UI techniques.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, production support environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are a plus

Good To Have

  • Experience with Copado for deployment and release management.
  • Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
