Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist based in Gurugram. The Import Specialist will oversee import operations, manage compliance with international trade regulations, and ensure proper documentation and processing of shipments. Additional responsibilities include liaising with customs authorities, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, and addressing client inquiries related to import/export processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Import, Export, and Import/Export documentation
• Strong skills in International Trade and familiarity with global trading practices
• Experience in Customer Service and client communication for addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, customs authorities, and cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing imports and exports
• Proficiency in tools and systems used for trade and logistics management
