Responsibilities:

Import & Export Operations

• Handle end-to-end import and export documentation and processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
• Ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Track consignments and update internal teams and clients.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify export/import documents such as:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin
• Shipping Bill & Bill of Entry
• Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, FEMA, and international trade regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of importexport transactions.

Customs & Regulatory Coordination

• Liaise with customs officials and clearing agents for smooth clearance.
• Monitor duties, taxes, and exemptions applicable to shipments.
• Resolve customs queries, delays, or discrepancies.

Costing & Payments

• Calculate shipment costing, duties, and landed cost.
• Coordinate with finance for LC, bank documents, and foreign remittances.
• Monitor export incentives, drawbacks, and duty benefits.
