Import Export Manager

Hafiz Agro International Pvt. Ltd., established in 2015, has roots dating back to the 1990s, initially focusing on exporting spices and later expanding into horticultural products. From sowing to harvesting and beyond, the company manages every step, including handling, packaging, storage, and transportation, under one roof. All processes are supervised by experts, including scientists from Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), ensuring excellence in every aspect.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Manager, located in Belpur. The Import Export Manager will oversee all import and export operations, including managing international trade logistics, facilitating export documentation, and maintaining compliance with global trade regulations. Daily responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, building relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth communication with customs authorities and other stakeholders to meet organizational commitments efficiently and accurately.

• Strong skills in Import Export, Export Operations, and Export Documentation
• Proficiency in International Trade practices and regulations
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of handling global shipping processes and customs requirements
• Prior experience in import/export or international trade is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Belpur
