Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Manager based in Pune. The selected candidate will manage and oversee the end-to-end import and export processes, including compliance with all applicable regulations and accurate documentation. They will also develop and maintain relationships with international clients and vendors, coordinate logistics for international trade transactions, and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of import-export operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Import, Export, and International Trade processes and practices
- Experience in preparing and managing Export Documentation
- Excellent Communication skills for client and vendor interactions across global markets
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance processes
- Proven attention to detail and organizational ability to ensure smooth coordination of shipping and logistics
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Prior work experience in trade or logistics industries is highly desirable
