Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive based in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing import and export operations, handling logistics processes, coordinating the transportation of goods, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role also involves effective communication with customers and partners, providing accurate documentation, and overseeing the timely delivery of goods. The Import Export Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth trade workflows and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Import Logistics, Import, and Export operations
• Japanese Language Proficiency
• Proficiency in communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Experience in supply chain management or international trade operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, B. Tech, B.E or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of HVAC
