This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Purchasing Manager located in Chennai. The Assistant Purchasing Manager will assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services for the company. Responsibilities include vendor relationship management, inventory control, budget monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to understand procurement needs and maintain smooth operations aligned with company standards.

• Procurement and Supply Chain Management skills, including vendor evaluation and negotiation abilities
• Inventory Management and Stock Forecasting expertise
• Strong analytical skills to manage budgets and cost control
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a significant advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
