Import Export Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Import Export Coordinator. The role involves managing and coordinating import/export shipments, handling documentation for customs clearance, liaising with customers and global agents, and ensuring the timely transportation and delivery of goods. Additional responsibilities include maintaining efficient communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and procedures.

• Knowledge of Export Documentation and Import/Export regulations
• Experience handling tasks related to Import and Export operations
• Strong Customer Service skills to professionally manage client inquiries and maintain good relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with international trade compliance and logistics operations is preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation tools
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage
