Logistics Executive ( Import )

Location: Prabhadevi (West), Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import logistics operations including shipment planning, tracking, and clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping agents for timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Handle import documentation such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal SOPs.
• Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure smooth

inward flow of goods.

• Maintain and update logistics reports, dashboards, and MIS using Advanced Excel.
• Track KPIssuch as delivery timelines, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Logistics, specifically Import operations.
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and

documentation.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
