We are seeking an Import Assistant to oversee and manage the import operations for chemical products. This role involves comprehensive import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, tracking shipments, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate import processes.

• Prepare and manage import documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• The Import Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the import operations for chemical products.
• Ensure all import activities comply with relevant customs regulations and requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to coordinate the import process.
• Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and update relevant databases.
• Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking.
• Generate reports related to import activities for management review.
