As we continue to scale our platform and services, we are strengthening our leadership team to support our expanding client base.

Position Overview

PracticeSuite is seeking an Implementation Manager based in Tampa, Florida, to lead and oversee the Implementations Team responsible for onboarding new clients onto the PracticeSuite platform. This role will ensure that all client implementations are delivered efficiently, on time, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing a team of implementation specialists, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with Product, RCM, and Client Success teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients as they begin using the PracticeSuite platform.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Implementation team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and operational standards for the team.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to ensure successful client onboarding.

Client Implementation Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients joining the PracticeSuite platform.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Manage escalations and resolve implementation challenges effectively.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain implementation processes, documentation, and best practices.
  • Monitor implementation timelines, resource allocation, and project milestones.
  • Track and report key performance indicators related to onboarding success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, RCM Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Communicate implementation progress and risks to internal stakeholders.
  • Help improve product adoption through feedback gathered during implementations.

Client Experience

  • Ensure new clients receive a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders during the onboarding phase.
  • Ensure clients are fully prepared to transition to the Client Success and Operations teams after implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or SaaS implementations.
  • 5+ years of leadership or team management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management workflows.
  • Experience managing client onboarding projects and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare software implementations is highly preferred.
