What We're Looking For
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of
a larger project.
- Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation
Requirements
- Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems
- Issue validation during software release updates
- Partner with primary Implementation consultants to provide support during implementation
- Issue acknowledgement and analysis to provide solutions.
- Communicate with IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team and CLM team on
implementation projects
- Able to handle multiple projects independently.
- Should have ability of multitasking.
- Contributing to client facing billable work during implementations through Meetings / Jira / Emails / Salesforce
- Sanity Testing and Functional Testing of application
- Makes changes to or upgrades existing solution designs. Enhances and improves existing
technologies to apply to new solutions
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
- Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects
- Contribute in creating Day in the Life business scenarios
- JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard
- Contribute in updating support handover document.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent vocational qualification/experience)
- Minimum Work Experience (years):
4-7 years experience
- Key Skills and Competencies:
- Background in Implementation / Software Testing preferred.
- Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to analyze issues using data analysis through DB queries. (SQL knowledge)
- Able to create free marker templates to support complex pay rules using html
- Create/Edit shell scripts
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Able to think and write Test Cases /Test Scenarios.
Minimum Education
