Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Corporate Actions projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Gather requirements, evaluate business processes, and implement solutions to optimize operations.
Perform hands-on SQL queries and data analysis for daily tasks and project requirements.
Understand and apply North American and European Capital Markets operations, including Fixed Income and Equity Brokerage.
Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Management, Product, Development, QA, and BAU teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 message formats (e.g., MT564, MT567).
Perform data reconciliation and maintain examples of local and global custodians.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure solution alignment.
