Experience Required: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, with a strong focus on B2B procurement solutions and ERP integration.
Must Have Skills
- End-to-end SaaS implementation experience
- Strong Project Management Delivery Governance
- Hands-on experience with Jira / Monday.com / Zoho Projects / ClickUp
- Risk identification, escalation management dependency tracking
- Customer-facing communication stakeholder management
- Strong documentation skills (SoW, BRD, MOMs, dashboards, trackers)
- Cross-functional coordination with Product, Tech, UI/UX, Sales Customer Success teams
- Exposure to Gen AI / LLM tools for reporting, documentation productivity
- Team handling mentoring experience preferred
Role Responsibilities
- Drive complete implementation lifecycle for Enterprise SaaS projects from kickoff to Go-Live
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, delivery milestones, and implementation governance
- Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies proactively and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for smooth project execution and timely closures
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and implementation documentation for management review
- Handle customer communication, escalations, and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle
