Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Implementation Executive to drive the deployment of our next-generation Human Resources Management System (HRMS). As part of the Reliance ecosystem, you will not just implement software - you will engineer the digital employee experience for one of India's largest workforces. We need a professional who combines technical precision with HR process expertise to ensure first-time-right execution across every module and milestone.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Execution

  • Lead the full lifecycle of HRMS implementation (Modules: Core HR, Leave & Attendance, Performance / Talent Management) from kick-off to Go-Live.
  • Conduct detailed requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to map As-Is vs. To-Be processes.
  • Maintain project plans, track milestones, and proactively flag risks and dependencies to the Implementation Lead.

2. System Configuration & Testing

  • Configure the HRMS application to meet complex business rules (e.g., multi-entity org structures, complex leave accrual logic, dynamic workflows).
  • Execute rigorous testing cycles: Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot configuration failures and work closely with the technical product team to resolve bugs before deployment.

3. Data Migration & Integrity

  • Oversee the migration of legacy HR data to the new system.
  • Perform data sanity checks, identify gaps, and execute data cleansing drives in collaboration with respective HRBPs.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy for critical fields, particularly the Employee Master.

4. Stakeholder Management & Change Adoption

  • Act as the bridge between the Technical Team (Developers / Vendors) and Functional Teams (HR Leaders / Business Heads).
  • Design and deliver training programs using a Train-the-Trainer approach, create user manuals and quick-reference guides.
  • Drive end-user adoption by addressing change management concerns and demonstrating measurable workflow improvements at each stage.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any discipline. MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred. BE / B.Tech candidates with demonstrated HR domain expertise will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Tier-1 HRMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage confidently with senior HR and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • MS Excel (advanced): VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, data validation
  • HRMS data templates and bulk upload / data migration tools
  • Familiarity with API / integration concepts (SFTP, REST APIs - conceptual understanding sufficient)
  • Project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent)
  • Ability to read and interpret system logs, error reports and configuration audit trails

Preferred (Good-to-Have)

  • Prior experience on a large-scale rollout (5,000+ employee base)
  • Exposure to payroll integration, statutory compliance modules or ESS / MSS portals
  • Certification in any Tier-1 HRMS platform (SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.)
  • Experience working in a product-based SaaS company in the HRTech space
