Implementations Executive

Role Overview

The Implementations function is responsible for delivering customerfocused solutions from requirements definition through build, integration, testing, golive, and handover to support.

The Implementations Executive is responsible for owning and delivering a portfolio of smaller client work items, supporting Implementation Managers on larger projects and programs configuring the client platform, and collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, and thirdparty partners to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer / Client Delivery

  • Manage and deliver smaller client work items, including Change Requests and Mini Projects
  • Support Implementation Managers on larger client projects and programs
  • Schedule and lead regular progress calls with clients and third parties
  • Ensure all client documentation is highquality, clear, and understood by all stakeholders
  • Proactively manage client expectations throughout all stages of delivery

Data & Reporting

  • Capture detailed business and technical requirements in Product Setup Forms (PSFs)
  • Ensure requirements are reviewed, approved, and accurately documented
  • Maintain uptodate records in internal reporting and delivery systems

Product Configuration & Testing

  • Configure the platform in Test and Production environments
  • Perform endtoend pavement testing to validate configurations
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration or delivery issues

Quality & Controls

  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and contribute to knowledge management
  • Peerreview colleagues work to ensure consistency and quality standards
  • Ensure delivery aligns with internal processes, controls, and best practices

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client experience

Leadership & Collaboration Responsibilities

  • Learn on the job to build knowledge of the industry, business processes, products, and systems

Fostering Teamwork

  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams
  • Raise, track, and manage issues via Jira or equivalent tools

  • Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in internal delivery reviews and governance meetings

Delivering Results

  • Identify and manage delivery risks and issues
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and actions

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • STEM degree (or equivalent qualification)
  • OR experience in a technical or clientfacing role within financial services, payments, or cards
  • Highly structured, organized, and detailoriented
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a keen interest in technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proactive, positive, and solutionoriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to develop skills and knowledge

Desirable

  • Understanding of APIs (REST and SOAP)
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and MS Office
  • Exposure to project management or delivery environments
  • Proficiency in additional languages
