Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and implement software solutions at client sites
- Integrate barcode scanners and label printers with software systems
- Provide on-site user training
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
- Ensure a smooth project go-live and client satisfaction
- Provide post-implementation support
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL
- Understanding of software installation configuration
- Experience handling barcode scanners and printers
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and network configuration (IP, LAN)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman preferred)
- Willing to travel frequently to client locations
- After office hours support is based on client needs
