About the Role
We're now looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer who loves hands-on technical work and enjoys delivering real value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and integrate Motadata solutions at customer environments
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions
- Gather customer requirements and align solutions with business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for seamless delivery
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, standards, and user guides
- Provide customer training and post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution during implementation
Qualifications
- 4–9 years of experience in IT implementation / system integration roles
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Motadata, ManageEngine, ServiceNow, Grafana, ELK, Zoho Service Desk, Kibana
- Experience with on-premise and cloud-based deployments
- Strong understanding of network concepts (DMZ, firewalls, secure zones)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
