Job Description

Embark on a rewarding and challenging career as a Business Analysis Associate in Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Collections, Recovery and Auto Operations and help shape the future of procedures, operations oversight, machine and AI-driven operational excellence.

As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections, Recovery and Auto Operations, you will forecast and prioritize initiatives, drive disciplined project management, and analyze customer and employee experiences post-implementation. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer journey and support business-wide strategies.


Job Responsibilities

  • Management of team responsibilities, forecast and prioritization of Collections initiatives, implementing plans to achieve objectives.
  • Lead procedure, change management and oversight responsibilities across the business
  • Drive disciplined project management and holistic approaches for business results.
  • Participate in Collections and global project teams to assess impacts.
  • Analyze customer and employee experiences after strategic initiatives.

  • Support business-wide initiatives across multiple Collections processes.
  • Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projects.
  • Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
  • Communicate business objectives to internal clients and gain feedback.
  • Facilitate training, walkthroughs, and meetings with internal clients.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, exams, and risk control initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of five years collections experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to work in an analytical and decision-making environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in pre and post charge off collections.
  • Ability to utilize Collections business systems for audit information.
  • Control management, process management, and risk mitigation experience.
