Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations of HighRadius Cloud products across global Fortune 2000 companies
• Develop and execute SQL scripts for data gathering, configuration, and validation
• Manage projects through all SDLC phases: Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare
• Build strong client relationships, conduct UAT, and support shadow sessions to ensure adoption
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams, and QA to meet project KPIs
• Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption, and validate business value outcomes
• Communicate project risks and status updates to Delivery Manager or Program Director proactively
