Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products globally.
• Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
• Manage all project phases: Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.
• Build rapport with clients and conduct UAT and shadow sessions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Teams, and QA to meet project KPIs.
• Test end-to-end process flows, drive adoption, and provide hands-on end-user training.
• Communicate potential risks and updates to Delivery Manager or Program Director.
