1) Job Name: Imperia Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for including HNI customers into the Imperia program and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size, cross selling the right products, acquiring family accounts, retaining and enhancing the relationship. The RM is also responsible for acquiring new to Bank Imperia relationships.
  • Be a one-point contact for all his financial needs and services, thus enhancing current relationship value and wallet share which will further increase profitability from these relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of banking sales experience
  • Strong relationship management & advisory skills
  • Knowledge of banking products, KYC norms, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement

2) Job Name: Preferred Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition, enhancement & retention of HNI customers
  • Cross-selling banking products & increasing wallet share
  • Delivering superior customer experience and portfolio hygiene
  • Driving revenue through focused product penetration

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of banking sales experience
  • Strong relationship management & advisory skills
  • Knowledge of banking products, KYC norms, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement

3) Job Name: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
