Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Student Counsellor / Sales & Process Executive to guide students through the admissions and immigration process, promote educational programs, and manage end-to-end counselling and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for helping students make informed academic and career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Immigration Counselling
- Guide students on international education opportunities, admission criteria, and immigration pathways.
- Provide accurate information on visa categories, eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines.
- Assist in preparing applications for universities, colleges, and immigration programs.
- Address queries from students and parents regarding study abroad requirements and country-specific regulations.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Manage and respond to inquiries related to study abroad and immigration services.
- Convert leads through effective counselling, trust-building, and product knowledge.
- Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly targets related to admissions, visa filing, and revenue.
3. Process & Documentation Management
- Handle the complete application workflow including program selection, admissions, fee payments, GIC, SOPs, and visa submissions.
- Review documentation such as financials, transcripts, passports, and supporting paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with admissions teams, RCIC/consultants, and international institutions.
- Update and maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with documentation and audit requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related fields preferred).
- 14 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills may also apply.
