Role Description

1. Client Assessment & Eligibility

Conduct detailed consultations to assess client eligibility for work permits, study visas, residency, PR, and legalization programs.

Explain immigration options, country-specific requirements, timelines, costs, and risks clearly.

Recommend the most suitable immigration pathway based on the client's profile.

2. Client Counseling & Sales Support

Convert qualified leads into clients through ethical counseling.

Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate information and realistic commitments.

Maintain transparency on approval probability and documentation requirements.

3. Documentation Guidance

Provide clients with accurate document checklists as per immigration authority requirements.

Review client documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance.

Guide clients on translations, notarization, apostille, and legalization processes.

4. Application Preparation & Filing

Assist in preparing visa/work permit applications and forms.

Ensure applications are error-free before submission.

Coordinate with process teams to submit files within timelines.

5. Client Communication & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Provide regular updates on application status.

Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally via calls, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.

6. Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders

Coordinate with process managers, immigration lawyers, overseas agents, employers, and embassies.

Share complete and accurate client information for smooth processing.

Support interview scheduling and embassy appointment preparation.

7. Compliance & Ethical Standards

Follow all immigration laws, company SOPs, and ethical practices.

Ensure no false, misleading, or fabricated documents are encouraged or accepted.

Maintain confidentiality and data security of client information.

8. Case Monitoring & Issue Resolution

Track application progress and proactively resolve documentation or procedural issues.

Assist in handling rejections, additional document requests, and reapplications.

Escalate complex cases to seniors or legal teams when required.

9. Reporting & CRM Updates

Maintain accurate records of:

Client consultations

Document status

Application progress

Update CRM systems regularly.

Submit daily/weekly performance and follow-up reports.

10. Knowledge Update & Continuous Learning

Stay updated on immigration rule changes, quotas, and embassy procedures.

Attend internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Keep updated on new country programmes and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in handling immigration issues and understanding immigration processes
  • Thorough knowledge of visa processes.
  • Experience in consulting and providing tailored immigration solutions
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Gurugram
  • Proficiency in managing deadlines and multiple cases simultaneously
  • Experience in using immigration-related tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
