Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to immigration and overseas opportunities
- Provide consultation on work visas, PR, investor visas, and second passports
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective counselling and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in sales / immigration / overseas consultancy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and handle client queries professionally
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of visa processes (preferred)
