Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide guidance to clients on visa options, immigration procedures, and legal requirements in an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The consultant will conduct detailed consultations, explain complex immigration laws in accessible terms, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Daily responsibilities also include tracking updates to immigration regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely communication with clients regarding their case status. The role requires a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client service to support successful immigration outcomes.
