We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Immigration Consultant to join our team in India. The successful candidate will assist clients with their immigration processes by providing expert advice, preparing applications, and ensuring compliance with all immigration regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Prepare and review immigration applications and supporting documents for submission.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress in the database.
- Assist clients in preparing for interviews with immigration authorities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in immigration consultancy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian immigration laws and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and authorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software.
