Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end immigration guidance, handling client cases, and ensuring smooth processing for visa and migration applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients on visa processes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Stay updated with changing immigration laws and policies for key destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.).
Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in person.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely submission of applications.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through trust and service excellence.
Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 0.63 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of visa categories, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
