Job Description

About Redvisa

Redvisa Immigration Services Canada Inc. is a growing, client-centred immigration consultancy based in Kitchener-Cambridge, Ontario. The firm handles a diverse caseload spanning work permits, study permits, spousal sponsorship, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (OINP), LMIA, business immigration (C11 owner-operator), and more. We are expanding our team to keep pace with a rapidly growing client base and are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join us remotely.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a remote Immigration Case Manager based in India to support our principal consultant with end-to-end case management. This is a hands-on, operational role — you will be deeply involved in document collection, application assembly, form filling, correspondence drafting, and client coordination. You will work Canadian Eastern Time hours and function as an integral extension of the Redvisa team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track multiple concurrent immigration case files from intake through to submission and post-submission follow-up.
  • Collect, organize, review, and quality-check client documents against IRCC and provincial program checklists.
  • Prepare and fill IRCC application forms (IMM series), OINP forms, LMIA forms, and related schedules accurately.
  • Draft supporting documents including Letters of Explanation (LOEs), client statements, employer guides, and checklists for consultant review.
  • Assemble and package final application submissions (PDF merging, document indexing, upload-ready formatting) for IRCC Portal and provincial portals.
  • Correspond with clients via email and messaging platforms to follow up on missing documents, provide status updates, and schedule consultations.
  • Monitor case timelines, flag upcoming deadlines (e.g., status expiry, LMIA validity, biometrics), and maintain an organized case tracker.
  • Assist with IRCC webform submissions, including post-submission document uploads, BOWP conversion requests, and status inquiries.
  • Conduct preliminary research on program requirements, NOC codes, IRCC policy updates, and processing times as directed by the consultant.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and adhere to RCIC professional standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience working on Canadian immigration cases (work permits, study permits, Express Entry, PNP, spousal sponsorship, or LMIA).
  • Solid understanding of IRCC application processes, forms (IMM 1295, IMM 5710, IMM 5645, IMM 5476, etc.), and document requirements.
  • Proficiency with the IRCC online portal, MyCIC/IRCC Secure Account, and provincial nominee portals (OINP experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal. You will draft client-facing documents and correspond directly with applicants.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage 15–25+ active files simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and availability to work Canadian Eastern Time (approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/EDT).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Immigration consultancy diploma or certificate from a recognized Canadian or international program.
  • Experience working directly with an RCIC, immigration lawyer, or licensed consultancy firm.
  • Familiarity with PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit), document management systems, and CRM/case management software.
  • Experience with LMIA applications (high-wage and low-wage streams), C11 owner-operator business plans, or business immigration.
  • Proficiency in Punjabi or Hindi is a strong asset given our client demographic.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience; paid in INR or USD).
  • Fully remote role — work from anywhere in India.
  • Direct mentorship from a practising RCIC with a diverse and growing caseload.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of Canadian immigration programs and complex case types.
  • Opportunity to grow with the firm as we scale — potential for a senior or team-lead role as the team expands.
  • Professional development support including training on new IRCC policies and program changes.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a brief cover letter to [Confidential Information] with the subject line: Application – Immigration Case Manager (Remote). In your cover letter, please mention the types of Canadian immigration cases you have worked on and your experience level with IRCC portals and forms. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a video interview.
