Work Hours:8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Remote/Hybrid from Noida office)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedImmigration Attorneywith a minimum of3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration lawto join our growing legal team. The role is based inNoida, supporting U.S.-based clients and attorneys while working8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in employment-based and/or family-based immigration matters and the ability to manage cases independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end preparation, review, and filing of U.S. immigration petitions and applications, including but not limited to:
  • H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3
  • PERM labor certifications
  • I-140, I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131
  • RFE and NOID responses
  • Conduct legal research and provide case strategy recommendations.
  • Review and finalize petitions prepared by paralegals and case coordinators.
  • Draft legal arguments, support letters, and employer/employee correspondence.
  • Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients, HR teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and DOS regulations and deadlines.
  • Track case status, deadlines, and filings accurately.
  • Stay current with changes in U.S. immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support audits, client inquiries, and internal quality control processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Law degree (LLB / JD equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experiencepracticingU.S. immigration law.
  • Strong knowledge of employment-based and/or family-based immigration processes.
  • Hands-on experience with USCIS, DOL, and DOS filings.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to work8:00 AM 5:00 PM ESTconsistently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with U.S. law firms or corporate immigration programs.
  • Familiarity with immigration case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, Tracker, Docketwise).
  • Exposure to compliance matters, audits, and large-volume case handling.
  • Bar admission in any jurisdiction (U.S. or India) is a plus.
