  • System Administrator certification Nice to Have , CAD certification
  • Hands-On experience on out of the box applications like ITSM, CSM and custom application development
  • Service portal development experience will be an advantage
  • Good exposer on ServiceNow platform, having good knowledge on ServiceNow components like client scripts, business rules, ACL, Script includes, UI pages, Ui actions, work flows, flow designer..
  • Good experience on ServiceNow integration is mandatory.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience
