Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with key customers monitor Customer Engagement Managers (CEMs) on customer engagement Act as the interface of Plan to Order(P2O) with Schedule to Cash(S2C)Manage changes to Sales and Operations PlanReview and approve rush orders review and approve demand revisions provided for production and material planning Monitor and control finished goods stock at finished product store and warehouse Monitor documentation for domestic and international customers interface responsibilities in managing key existing customers: Monitoring to improve customer satisfaction. To develop and maintain a continuous relationship with customers market intelligence of customer's products share of the business of existing products. Supply trend of competitor study of competitor's pricing policy ensuring that the design of packing boxes for new products is as per customer requirementBudgeting the expenses of Joint advertisements, Service campaign organized by customers-ordinate product quality trialsManage customer visits to our PlantEducation: Exp (0 to 10)
