About the Role

The People Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization. This role involves managing day-to-day HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR systems, and assisting in employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and exiting employees.

Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Address employee queries and provide timely resolutions regarding HR policies and benefits.

Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.

Support performance review cycles and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, administration, and department heads to support HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

24 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
