We need a Senior Production Engineer (Team Leader) who can lead a team of Operators and Executives to ensure smooth Production and operation.
As a Senior Production Engineer (Team Leader), you will have the following roles and responsibilities:
Production Controlling Of Thin Wall Injection Moulded Rigid Containers, Lids, Caps. Blow Moulded Containers, In Mould Label & Experience in Robotics,
Manage team and manpower handling, Trouble Shooting And Optimization Of Production Process, Adequate Knowledge In Maintenance Of Machines, Cold & Hot Runner Moulds and Ancillary Units,
Preparing And Maintaining Of Daily Production And All Other Relevant Reports
Maintaining OEE, Machine And Mould Uptime,
Materiel Accountability With Maximum Yield
Good In ERP Documentation, Controlling Shift Operations, Good Coordination With Other Departments.
Maintain 5S, TPM, quality systems and ISO 9000.
Required Experience:
8 - 12 years of relevant experience in the Production Controlling Of Thin Wall Injection Moulded Rigid Containers, Lids, Caps. Blow Moulded Containers, & IML
Experience Side/top entry high-speed robotics system,
Required Qualification
Diploma (exp: 10-12 years) or B.E (exp: 8-10 years) in the plastic manufacturing field, especially in injection moulding and extrusion blow moulding. Preference will be given for CIPET candidates.
Good proficiency in the English language (speak, read and write),
Report preparations etc
Knowledge of 5s, TPM , Quality Systems, ISO 9000, ERP And Computer operations are Must.
