We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements and company goals.
Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement to maintain optimal inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize the supply chain network.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the supply chain and logistics functions.
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Lead and mentor the logistics and supply chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all supply chain and logistics activities.
